Ontology of "Interesting"

If "something" seems interesting to someone, there is a varying degree of surprise inside that "something". Or the feeling that this "something" signals something new.

If something does not seem interesting to someone. It seems that he or she finds nothing new, unseen or surprising in that. He or she simply already understood it, dechiffered it or interprets it as something ordinary. Or else she or he simply can not touch the deeper meaning or magic inside it.
